Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Adil Karaismailoglu announced yesterday from the social networking site “Twitter” account that Istanbul Airport has crushed its hundred-year-old competitors” with the data shared in the first 7 months of 2022, Istanbul Airport is at the top of Europe with 34.2 million passengers. After this sharing, a statement also came from Istanbul Airport CEO Kadri Samsunlu. Samsunlu, quoting Minister Karaismailoglu’s share, also used the words “Our last passenger number is 47 million”.
