The readers of Wherever Family Magazine, published together with Global Traveler, a travel magazine that is one of the leading organizations of the aviation industry, have chosen Istanbul Airport for the ‘Best Family-Friendly International Airport’ award this year Dec.
In a statement made by Istanbul Airport operator IGA, it was stated that the ‘Wherever Awards’ organized by Global Traveler Magazine and Wherever Family Magazine, which reach about 500 thousand readers per month, have found their owners.
It was stated that IGA Istanbul Airport, which has been planned to be accessible to everyone, child and family friendly, age friendly, equipped with technology, and designed to contribute to sustainability since the construction phase, was selected as the ‘Best Family Friendly International Airport’ for the second time in a row this year by the readers’ choice.
