Strategic Partnership Confirmed
ATR, the global leader in the production of regional aircraft, together with Air Corsica, the premier air transport service in Corsica, have proudly announced a confirmed order for two ATR 72-600 aircraft during the prestigious Paris Air Show. This order underscores Air Corsica’s transition to the most advanced turboprop aircraft, showcasing its dedication to operational excellence, regional connectivity, and sustainability.
Fleet Modernization
With the delivery of these two aircraft expected in the first half of 2024, Air Corsica will have successfully updated its regional fleet to include seven ATR 72-600 aircraft. These aircraft are equipped with the cutting-edge PW127XT engines, enhancing reliability, passenger comfort, operating efficiency, and reducing CO2 emissions. This strategic upgrade facilitates superior service between Corsica’s four airports and the cities of Nice and Marseille, furthering Air Corsica’s commitment to high-quality public service.
