A professional assistant welcomes you at the aircraft gate and provides personal support for the whole arrival. You are then driven in a private luxury car to the terminal, and your assistant escorts you through formalities and on to your car or chauffeur at the end.

Very VIP Arrival is charged per guest, so each adult and child in the party is a booked passenger, while infants travel free. Add every traveller to the same booking so the family is met together. If you are unsure how to book a particular child, the concierge can advise before you pay.

Your baggage is taken directly from the aircraft to the terminal, screened by X-ray, kept safely in the baggage waiting area and finally placed into your vehicle. You do not visit the baggage hall or queue at a carousel.
