What is the C-VIP Terminal at Istanbul Airport?

The C-VIP Terminal, also known as the JETEX-iGA Premium Passenger Terminal, is a dedicated, appointment-only facility within the Istanbul Airport (IST) complex. It is separate from the main passenger terminal and has its own passport control, security and customs, so formalities are completed privately for a small number of guests at a time. Istanbul Airport VIP arranges access as an authorised partner of Istanbul Airport (iGA).

Who is the Istanbul Airport private terminal designed for?

It is designed for travellers who value privacy and time above all. Typical guests include heads of state and government delegations, royal families, senior executives, entertainment and sports personalities, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Anyone flying through Istanbul Airport can book it, whether travelling alone, with family or as part of a business group.

How does booking the C-VIP Terminal work?

Choose your service on istanbulairportvip.com, enter your flight and passenger details, and pay by card through our secure Stripe checkout. Your booking is confirmed by e-mail after payment, together with your instructions, and you can follow its status on the Book Tracking page. Online bookings must be made at least 3 hours before the flight; for anything more complex, call or WhatsApp +90 541 534 33 44.

What is the difference between C-VIP, Very VIP and the Private Suite?

All three take place in the same private terminal. C-VIP packages add à la carte or buffet dining and longer lounge time, with a 30-minute SPA session on departure and transit. Very VIP is the essential tier with lounge buffet service: 1 hour on arrival, up to 3 hours on transit. The Private Suite Departure gives up to 4 guests their own suite with a butler, executive chef and a SPA therapy session.

How is the C-VIP Terminal different from standard Meet & Greet at IST?

Standard Meet & Greet speeds you through the main terminal with a personal greeter, fast-track lanes, a buggy and a shared lounge. C-VIP takes place in a separate private terminal: a luxury car on the apron instead of a buggy, private immigration and customs, and an exclusive lounge with restaurant and SPA, with no contact with the general passenger flow. Both are operated by Istanbul Airport VIP.

Which airlines can use the Istanbul Airport C-VIP Terminal?

C-VIP services are available for every commercial airline operating scheduled flights at Istanbul Airport, as well as private and charter aircraft, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The service is offered at Istanbul Airport (IST) only; it is not available at Sabiha Gökçen Airport.

Can private jet passengers combine Jetex FBO handling with C-VIP services?

Yes. Our team can coordinate private aviation handling at the Istanbul Airport General Aviation Terminal, where the Jetex FBO operates, together with C-VIP services, so you move from aircraft door to road vehicle without entering the commercial terminal. Istanbul Airport VIP is an independent service brand and is not part of Jetex or iGA. Send your aircraft and schedule details to [email protected].

Do you arrange VVIP protocol for heads of state and official delegations?

Yes, on a case-by-case basis. VVIP arrangements at Istanbul Airport typically involve advance coordination with airport security, dedicated apron access for state aircraft and a full protocol escort from aircraft door to road vehicle. These requests are not booked online; contact the concierge on +90 541 534 33 44 or [email protected] as early as possible to discuss requirements.

How far in advance should I book the C-VIP Terminal?

We recommend booking at least 24 to 48 hours ahead, as every C-VIP service is appointment-only. Bookings made within 24 hours of the service carry a 30% short-notice surcharge and are subject to availability, and online bookings close 3 hours before the flight. VVIP protocol arrangements need significantly more lead time.
