Arrival, departure or transit
C-VIP for every journey, with longer lounge time, à la carte dining and SPA. On departure and transit you can choose the standard package, or the higher-priced package that adds a Private Suite. Arrival does not include a suite.

Standard or with a Private Suite
The Private Suite is not sold on its own. It is part of the C-VIP Departure + Private Suite and C-VIP Transit + Private Suite packages, with one suite for every two guests added automatically, each booked separately. Standard Departure and Transit do not include a suite, and Arrival has no suite option.

Book online with your flight. We confirm your appointment and align every detail with your arrival, departure or transit schedule.

A personal guest agent prepares your visit in advance and looks after you on the day — discreetly, from start to finish.

Seamless process
Check-in, security and passport control are completed inside the private terminal, away from the main passenger flow.

Lounge, suites, dining and SPA
Private suites are used only with the Departure and Transit Private Suite packages.
C-VIP or Meet & Greet?
Two very different levels of service
Meet & Greet speeds you through the main terminal. C-VIP takes you out of it entirely. Both are operated by Istanbul Airport VIP, and our team is happy to advise.

Private aviation · Jetex FBO
Flying private into Istanbul?
For private and charter aircraft, the General Aviation Terminal (Jetex FBO) handles parking, fuelling, ground handling and crew services. We combine it with C-VIP services for a journey from aircraft door to city without entering the commercial terminal.
For VVIP protocol — heads of state, royal delegations and high-profile visitors — arrangements include security coordination, dedicated apron access and full protocol escort, handled case by case with advance notice.
