Yes, you can ask the concierge to cancel, but refunds are limited. Services are generally non-refundable under our Terms, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service time are charged in full as a no-show. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
For families and larger groups at Istanbul Airport or Sabiha Gökçen, contact the concierge with your flight details and number of passengers so the team can coordinate everyone moving through the airport together. Groups can also be booked online, but a quick message helps with planning.
