Yes. Prices on the website are shown in euros and include VAT, so the amount you see at checkout is the amount charged. Lounge and Fast Track prices are per person, and transfers are priced per vehicle.

Do I need to pay the full amount when I book?

Yes. Under our Terms, all payments must be made in full at the time of booking. Bookings for Meet & Greet or C-VIP Terminal made within 24 hours of the service carry a 30% short-notice surcharge on top of the normal price.

What happens after my payment for an Istanbul airport service goes through?

Once payment is processed, you receive a booking confirmation by e-mail with your service details, voucher and, where relevant, QR codes. You can also view your booking at any time on the Book Tracking page using your booking number and e-mail address.
