The price covers the aircraft-door greeting, the apron car transfer, private passport and customs, lounge use for up to 3 hours with dining, baggage handling and valet parking. Infants travel free. Chauffeured city transfers are optional extras, and bookings within 24 hours of arrival carry a 30% short-notice surcharge.

From aircraft door to terminal exit, the arrival process takes about 15 to 20 minutes. If you would rather slow down, the package includes up to 3 hours in the private lounge, so you can eat, freshen up or wait for your driver while your agent handles the formalities and your luggage.

Where will I be met when I land at IST with C-VIP Arrival?

Your guest agent meets you at the aircraft door, before the general passenger flow, and stays with you until you leave. A luxury car then takes you straight across the apron to the C-VIP Terminal, so there are no buses, buggies or walks through the main terminal. Your confirmation e-mail sets out the coordination details for your flight.

What happens to my checked luggage on a C-VIP arrival?

You never wait at a baggage carousel. Your bags are collected from the aircraft, X-ray screened, held in the terminal's baggage area while you complete formalities or relax in the lounge, and then loaded into your car or your chauffeur's vehicle before you leave.

What if my flight to Istanbul lands late or early?

Your flight number is part of the booking, so the team works to your actual landing time rather than the published schedule. If your plans change significantly, for example a new flight or date, contact the concierge on +90 541 534 33 44. Amendments requested more than 24 hours before the service are free of charge.

Can I book C-VIP Arrival for a family with children and infants?

Yes. The service is priced per guest, and infants travel free, though you may be asked for the infant's passport details when booking. Families can add every traveller to one booking so the whole party moves through the private terminal together, and the terminal has a children's activity area.

Can I add a chauffeured transfer from Istanbul Airport to my hotel?

Yes, a transfer can be added when you book C-VIP Arrival. One-way prices are €90 for a Mercedes Vito (up to 4 passengers), €190 for a Mercedes E-Class (up to 3), €260 for a Mercedes S-Class (up to 3) and €216 for a Sprinter. Enter your drop-off address in the booking; for other destinations, ask the concierge.

What is the difference between C-VIP Arrival and Very VIP Arrival?

Both use the same private terminal, aircraft-door greeting, apron car transfer and private passport control. C-VIP Arrival (€1,320 per guest) includes up to 3 hours in the lounge with à la carte or buffet dining. Very VIP Arrival (€900 per guest) includes 1 hour in the lounge with buffet service, which suits guests heading straight into the city.
