How much does C-VIP Departure cost at Istanbul Airport?

C-VIP Departure is €1,560 per guest, VAT included, for up to 3 hours in the private terminal. That covers the private entrance and valet parking, check-in and security handled for you, lounge dining, a 30-minute complimentary SPA session and the car to your aircraft. Infants are free, and a 30% surcharge applies to bookings made within 24 hours of the service.

What is included in the C-VIP Departure package?

Where do I go for a C-VIP departure at IST?

You drive to the C-VIP Terminal's private entrance, a guarded access point separate from the main terminal drop-off areas. A valet takes your car and your guest agent receives you there. Directions and coordination details for your appointment are included in the instructions sent by e-mail after your booking is confirmed.

Do I have to check in at the airline counter with C-VIP Departure?

No. Your guest agent takes your passport and ticket and completes check-in with your airline on your behalf. Your luggage is X-ray screened, kept in the baggage waiting area and later loaded onto the vehicle that delivers it to your aircraft, while you wait in the lounge.

Is a spa treatment included in the C-VIP departure lounge?

Yes, a 30-minute complimentary SPA session is included in C-VIP Departure. Additional SPA and wellness treatments, the fine dining à la carte restaurant, meeting room rental and catering, and the wine and cigar bar are available at an extra charge. Ask your guest agent on the day or the concierge in advance.

What happens if my departing flight is delayed?

Your agent tracks your flight status and tells you when it is time to move, so there are no screens or announcements to watch. The package covers up to 3 hours in the terminal. If a long delay looks likely to exceed that, speak to your agent or the 24/7 concierge on +90 541 534 33 44 about the options.

Can I leave my car at the C-VIP Terminal while I travel?

Yes. C-VIP Departure includes valet and private parking, free for 48 hours. You hand your car to the valet at the private entrance. For trips longer than 48 hours, contact the concierge before you travel to check the arrangements.

Can I change or cancel my C-VIP departure booking?

Changes requested more than 24 hours before the service time are free of charge. Changes within 24 hours are subject to availability and a 30% surcharge, and cancellations within 24 hours are charged in full as a no-show. Contact the concierge by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail as early as possible; the full Terms and Conditions apply.

Should I choose C-VIP Departure or the Private Suite?

C-VIP Departure is priced per guest (€1,560) and uses the shared private lounge with a 30-minute SPA session. The Private Suite Departure is €4,200 per suite for up to 4 guests and adds your own suite, a dedicated butler, an executive chef and a SPA therapy session. The suite suits families or small groups who want complete privacy.
