What is C-VIP Departure + Private Suite?

It is the upper departure package of the C-VIP Terminal: the C-VIP Departure service plus private suites for your party, with a bed, lounge area and private bathroom, one suite for every two guests. It is booked on its own page and the departure service is part of the package, so you are not charged for the same service twice.

How much is C-VIP Departure + Private Suite?

It is €1,530 per guest plus €4,000 per private suite, and one suite for every two guests is added automatically: €7,060 for two guests, €14,120 for four and €21,180 for six, VAT included. Infants travel free and share their parents' suite. A 30% surcharge applies to bookings made within 24 hours of the service, and the exact total is shown before you pay.

What is included in C-VIP Departure + Private Suite?

You get a private suite for up to 3 hours, one for every two guests, a dedicated butler, an executive chef with à la carte dining in the suite, use of the VIP lounge and its buffet, one SPA and wellness therapy session, a personal VIP shopping assistant, the private C-VIP entrance with valet parking free for 48 hours, check-in and baggage handled for you, private passport and security control, and a luxury car across the apron to the aircraft.

How many people can share the private suite at the C-VIP Terminal?

Each suite is for two guests, so the booking adds one suite for every two adults or children: two guests get one suite, three or four guests get two. Infants share their parents' suite. Online bookings are limited to 8 guests and the terminal has 8 suite rooms in total; for larger groups, contact the concierge on +90 541 534 33 44 or [email protected] before booking.

How long can I use the private suite before my flight?

The suite is yours for up to 3 hours, and the VIP lounge is also available for up to 3 hours. During that time your agent handles check-in and formalities and tracks your flight, then escorts you to the car that drives you across the apron to the aircraft.

What do the butler and executive chef do in the private suite?

A dedicated butler looks after you throughout your stay, and an executive chef prepares à la carte dishes that are served in the suite, so you can dine privately instead of in the restaurant. Premium food and drinks are also available at the lounge buffet.

Can I bring children to the C-VIP Departure private suite?

Yes. The suite gives families a private space before the flight, and the C-VIP Terminal also has a children's activity area. Children count as guests for the suite count, while infants are free of charge and share their parents' suite.

Can you drive me to the airport for a C-VIP Departure + Private Suite booking?

Yes, a chauffeured transfer from your hotel or address can be added. One-way options are a Mercedes Vito at €90, Mercedes E-Class at €190, Mercedes S-Class at €260 or a Sprinter at €216. If you drive yourself, the valet parks your car at the private entrance, free for 48 hours.

What is the cancellation policy for the Private Suite package?

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service time are charged 100% as a no-show, and no refund applies to a no-show. Amendments requested more than 24 hours ahead are free of charge. Contact the concierge as soon as your plans change; the full Terms and Conditions apply to every booking.

Is C-VIP Departure + Private Suite worth it compared with C-VIP Departure?

Standard C-VIP Departure uses the shared private lounge with a 30-minute SPA session. The suite package adds your own room, a butler, chef-served dining and a SPA and wellness therapy session, so it suits families or small groups who want complete privacy. Solo travellers or couples who do not need a private room usually choose standard C-VIP Departure.
